forino: Do you do any electronics as well? Have you learned much about the electronic side of things?

elp: Yeah, wiring. It’s not that intense. I guess for the really big ones, you’re kind of joining a lot of–making sure the circuit’s running through and all that. But generally it’s pretty simple–positive, negative. But yeah, I wire it all myself.

elp: These are like the sockets that I buy, and this piece is a custom–an industrial design thing I made which is just 3D printed–so it connects to the threads on this. This will then pop in and I run a cord through the bottom and that’s it. So the small ones are really simple.
